Important note: Our website showcases home entries from the Parade of Homes Fall Edition 2025 which took place in September. The Parade's Spring Edition 2026 entries will be accesssible in mid April. Magazines will be available at all Hornbacher's April 27.
Welcome to the Building Industry Association of the Red River Valley’s Parade of Homes – where the warmth of tradition meets the excitement of innovation in home design and construction.
Since its inception in the fall of 1961, this community event has been a pillar of our region, rooted in the vision of local trendsetters in the construction industry.
Over the decades, the Parade has grown into a celebration of craftsmanship and creativity, reflecting the spirit of home building in our community.
